Agoyán or El Palión del Diablo

Just outside of Baños are the amazing waterfalls that are called Agoyán or El Palión del Diablo.

​

This is one of the coolest waterfalls that I have experienced. The river above goes down through volcanic rock that looks like snake skin. 

​

The water then forces through narrow section and plunges down more than 200 feet.

​

This was a great hike through some beautiful, raw nature.
