Lisbon is one of the most beautiful and livable capital cities in Europe. Life is indeed GOOD in this city. Every time I visit there are more tourists so I must not be alone in my thoughts. Lisbon was a Pre Celtic settlement before the Phoenicians came and developed the city... Then came the Romans, the Moors and the Crowns of Europe. Sea exploration launched from this city and the Portuguese sailors found themselves in new lands all over the world including the distant land of California!
