Saigon Vietnam

A city that was once the capital of South Vietnam. The Communist ruling party calls it Ho Chi Minh City. The residents call it Saigon.  It is a vibrant city where the Communist government and Capitalist economics run side-by-side.  Freedom of religion and freedom of speech are practiced but "the Party" is always nearby to keep everything in check. There is massive development underway here and it will likely change significantly over the next ten years.
