South Iceland is crazy fun and has so much that makes Iceland amazing. Glaciers, waterfalls, volcanos, icebergs, grassy fields with turf houses, rainbows and every kilometer you travel there are fewer and fewer people. Some hiking trails were there for us and us alone. I loved this section of Iceland and highly recommend people explore further afield than Reykjavik and the Golden Triangle.
